Ángel Bracho

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Angel Bracho began his career in art in the early 2000s through graffiti, forming part of the AAA crew from the east of the city. During that decade, his work was marked by muralism and illegal graffiti, exploring urban identity and the intervention of public space.

In 2010, his artistic journey took him to Panama and then to Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he connected with the vibrant street art and muralism scene. In 2015, he settled in Cabarete, Dominican Republic, a turning point in his career. There, his art evolved from muralism to painting on canvas, developing a style characterized by the fusion of geometric shapes inspired by mandalas and a palette of intense colors, inherited from street graffiti.

His work seeks to transmit energy and dynamism, combining geometric shapes with elements of nature such as water, fire and earth. Through balanced and striking compositions, his pieces reflect a play of contrasts between the strength of color and the fluidity of natural elements, generating a visual rhythm that captures the essence of movement and life.

In addition to painting, photography has been a fundamental part of his artistic exploration. His photographic work focuses on capturing movement and light, establishing a dialogue between the static and the ephemeral, between the image and the sensorial experience.
