Collage Volage is originally from Paris and now, he is based in Barcelona. He began his artistic journey through analog photography — a medium that taught him to embrace slowness, materiality, and the quiet process of waiting. These early experiences continue to shape his approach today. His current work focuses on collage, using old newspapers, found paper, and forgotten images — materials that carry visible traces of time. 

He sees collage as another way of “developing” images, this time from fragments of the past. It’s a process of layering, erasing, and combining, often guided by instinct. Through these compositions, he also enjoys telling stories. Sometimes clear, often open-ended, always grounded in the hidden narratives already present within the images.
